How do I book a service?+
Tap any service on the home screen, describe what you need, add photos, choose a date, and submit. Verified contractors will send you quotes within a couple of hours. You only pay after you accept a quote.
When and how do I pay?+
You pay only after accepting a contractor's quote. Payment is held safely in escrow and released to the contractor only after the job is verified complete with before & after photos. We accept FPX online banking.
Is my payment safe?+
Yes. Your money is held in escrow and is not released to the contractor until the job is completed and verified. If something goes wrong, our Replacement Guarantee and 30-day warranty protect you.
How do I cancel a booking?+
Cancelling is free before a contractor is confirmed. Once you accept a quote, a 30% fee applies if you cancel, since the contractor has already committed to the job. Go to Bookings and tap Cancel or Request Cancellation.
What does ZenitGo charge?+
Booking is free for clients. ZenitGo charges contractors a 9% commission on completed jobs. There are no hidden fees and no monthly charges.
How does the referral program work?+
Share your referral link from your Account. When a friend signs up using it, you earn referral status — "Trusted Referrer" after your first referral, "Founding Member" after 5. No cash discount is involved.
How do I become a contractor?+
Go to Account → Contractor Portal → Register. Fill in your details and the services you offer. After verification (2–3 business days), you'll start receiving job requests you can quote on.
When do contractors get paid?+
After a job is verified complete, payouts are processed within 1–2 business days for standard jobs and 3–4 business days for jobs above RM 1,000; monthly contracts auto-pay on the 1st. Weekend and public-holiday jobs are paid the next business day. Payouts go to your registered bank account.
Why can't I share my phone number in chat?+
To protect both clients and contractors, all communication and payment must stay within ZenitGo. This keeps your escrow protection, warranty, and dispute support valid. Sharing contact details to deal off-platform is against our terms.
